How do I enquire about something?

If you have an enquiry about any of our services, your dog's behavioural issues, working with us or more, please fill in our enquiry form. From there, Alix will call you to discuss your dog's training further.

Can I book something without enquiring?

We advise that you use the contact form beforehand. We aim to respond to you within 24 hours.

 

After your free phone consultation with Alix, you will be advised to book two sessions, one week apart from each other in our bookings calendar. You will receive an email confirmation as well as being reminded 24 hours before the session. Cancellations under 24 hours will be charged the full price.

How do I pay?

Amy (Head of Operations) will send you an invoice via email after the session. Press on the invoice, click on the mobile pay button & swipe! If you do not have mobile pay, please contact Alix for bank details. This applies for all services. Please do not pay before the invoice has been sent.

Can you help my dog?

We will never guarantee results. Dogs aren't computers that we can promise a "fix". We can assure you that we will provide you with the best knowledge and understanding of your dog. We are training you to be your dogs best trainer.
